our
plant is located in Changjing
Town of Jiangyin City,
where is the Gold Changjiang River Delta and only 30 kilometers
away from the Huning (Shanghai-Nan jing)
Expressway and the Great Jiangyin Changjiang River Bridge. Covering
a land area of 21,000 m2,
our plant owns a fixed assets of RMB 25 million yuan, and 800
employees including 3 professional
engineers.
Founded
in 1958, our plant is equipped with 16,000 ring spindles, 3,200
spinning wool spindles, 1,500 twisting spindles, and a full
set of production facilities for paper tubes. Backed with the
above, the plant has a great annual production output as follows:
7,000 tons odd of pure & blending knits, woven yarns including
all specifications of acrylic fibers, terylene, polyvinyl alcohol
fibers, pure woolen, wool & acrylic fiber, wool & terylene,
etc.;6 million pieces of paper tubes. |
Along with fine production facilities
and advanced flows, there is a perfect technical team, and
scientific QA & QC systems in the plant. Products of Heyue
Brand series hold sway over the markets in Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou,
Guangdong, Fujian, Shanghai, Shandong, and Beijing, etc. And
they are deeply favored by customers.
Since
1987, our plant has been holding the title o f
“An Honorable Unit of Jiangyin City”, and has received many
other honorable titles for many years, which include “A Star
Enterprise”, “An Honorable Unit in Wuxi City”, and “A
Safe & Honorable Unit”, etc. And our plant has been presented
with “A Credit AAA Textiles Enterprise” by the Jiangsu/Wuxi
Branch of Industrial & Commercial Bank, “A Special Credit
Enterprise”by
the Wuxi Branch of China Construction Bank, and “A Credit
AAA Enterprise” by the Jiangsu International Consulting &
Appraising Company.
